How It Works

Load BIOPAC recording; ECG channel identified automatically.

Auto-Detect R-Peaks

Algorithm scans ECG and places R-peak markers. Adjust threshold slider if needed.

Edit Peaks Visually

Click to add missed beats, right-click to remove false positives on the tachogram.

Tag E:I Phases

Use E:I Edit Mode to mark each peak as Expiratory or Inspiratory. Ratios update live.

Export Results

Download CSV/TXT with per-cycle E:I ratios and summary statistics.
